Elektromatik and GT-Analys merge
Elektromatik Power Generation AB and GT-Analys AB has reached an agreement for a merger of the two companies. This is the first step in the process to strengthen the service organisation within Elektromatik and at the same time widen the market for GT-Analys.
GT-Analys, located in Torshälla, is specialized in marine parts and service and has also been working with parts and service for generator sets during the years.
– This merger gives Elektromatik a stronger representation in the Stockholm area, Mälardalen and southern Sweden. It gives us the opportunity to be a better service partner for our customers and to be able to help them better with parts and service, says Örjan Gustafsson.
Christer Branzell has been in the business for a long time and GT-Analys is an authorized Volo Penta Service Center.
– The merger with Elektromatik will bring a lot of benefits. We get more resources and because of that we can add value and be able to help our customers better, says Christer Branzell.
As part of the merger both companies will be using Elektromatik Power Generation AB as the company name.
